4. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and KabaKaba's quality standards.
• KabaKaba reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access for violations, including delivery failures or fraudulent listings.
• Vendors agree to pay any applicable commissions and fees.

5. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed via KabaKaba are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

6. Deliveries

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, or vendor readiness.
• Large-item deliveries are facilitated via vans or pickup trucks.
• Failed deliveries due to user error (e.g., wrong address) may incur additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled within a limited time after placement.
• Refunds are subject to vendor approval and KabaKaba’s refund policy.
• Delivery fees may not be refundable once the item is dispatched.

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
